WITNESSES CLAIM THEY SAW ALIENS AT U.S. BASES

The U.S. government has a close working relationship with
alien beings, three unnamed witnesses told a California
radio station in a program aired in June.
The four-hour program, produced and broadcast by KPFA-FM
in Berkeley, Calif., ranged widely over the UFO topic, but
the most explosive segments were the testimony of a
construction contractor who said he saw aliens at Edwards
Air Force Base and at the China Lake Naval Weapons facility
in California; the testimony of a man who described
"saucers" being launched from a Northrop facility near
Edwards; and a woman's second-hand account of a meeting
between aliens and U.S. military officers.
Moreover, it now appears that KPFA's voice in the
UFO area has been silenced. Although in June the program
producer Ralph Steiner promised additional coverage of the
UFO issue in future broadcasts, inquires from the Forum were
met with this blunt message from Mr. Steiner: "Do not re-
broadcast the tape. Persons whose testimony is on the tape
have been threatened and their lives are in danger."
Subsequent inquiries from The Forum to Mr. Steiner have gone
unanswered.
The Forum has obtained a tape of the KPFA broadcast. What
follows is a summary and excerpts from witness No. 1. The
testimony of witness No. 2 and No. 3 will be discussed in
Part Two of this article next issue.
According to the KPFA broadcast, the interviews were
conducted in April 1991 in communities surrounding Edwards
Air Force Base in the Antelope Valley of Southern
California. Witness No. 1 described himself as a Vietnam
veteran, former Green Beret, military medal-holder, and a
licensed general contractor who has worked on construction
projects at Chuna Lake and at Nellis, Scott, Edwards, and
Andrews Air Force Bases. The projects, the witness said,
were "mostly underground."
* Underground Structures, Alien Beings
Each of these facilities has extensive underground
installations, and they are "definitely not normal
military structures," the witness said. He described
4-foot thick concrete walls and electronically-con-trolled
oval-shaped doorways.
"In one building I worked on at Edwards, called Haystack
Buttes, it took us over 5 minutes to get from the top to the
bottom by elevator," the witness said. "We estimated it was
30 stories deep." It was here that the witness first saw an
alien. "We were walking down a hall," the witness said,
"and these doors opened and there was a very particular
person or things that caught my eye for an instant. This man
was over seven feet tall. I'd say between 8 and 9 to 10
feet, wearing a lab jacket and talking to two [human]
engineers.
"This man's arms were almost down to his knees! It threw
me into shock," the witness said. "And then the doors
closed. Security saw us and told us to get out of there.
Next day I walked off the job," the witness said.
Asked if the being he saw was a human, the witness
replied, "Definitely not. He had big slanted eyes. A big
head. Fingers were extremely long. Greenish skin." The
witness said he saw the being for "just a couple of seconds.
Three-quarters of its face is what I saw and I said, this
guy would make a hell of a basketball player!"
* One Witness Scared, the Other Dead
The witness said his co-worker " 'bout died" when he too saw
the being. The witness compared the height of the being to
the height of the humans standing next to it. He said he
knew one of the humans, whose height he estimated at 6 feet
6 inches.
Witness No. 1 described a second encounter with aliens. He
said he and co-workers saw "greys" at the China Lake naval
facility.
"They [security] thought we had left--me and two other
guys. But we decided to stay over and finish this job. We
walked past a hangar and we could see through a window," the
witness said.
"One of the guys I was with, Paul, he saw them first. He
said, 'Come here! Hurry up! I want to show you something!'
And we looked in the window and there's these four little
grey guys about 3 feet tall.
"Right then, security saw us and they told us, 'We
thought you guys left.' And they escorted us and said,
'You're not allowed around this hangar. This hangar is off-
limits to everybody. You'll get yourself shot.'

The National Archives has received many requests for
documentation and information about "Project MJ-12". Many of
the inquiries concern a memorandum from Robert Cutler to
General Nathan Twning, dated July 14, 1954. This particular
document poses problems for the following reasons:
1. The document was located in Record Group 341, entry
267. The series is filed by a Top Secret register number. This
document does not bear such a number.
2. The document is in the folder T4-1846. There are no
other documents in the folder regarding "NSC/MJ-12".
3. The Militry Reference Branch (Edward Reese) has
conducted a search in the records of the Secretary of Defense,
the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Headquarters US Air Force, and in
other related files. No further information has been found on
thisbject.
4. Inquiries to the US Air Force, the Joint Chiefs of
Staff, and the National Security Council failed toproduce
further information.
5. The Acting Director of the Freedom of Information
Office of the National Security Council informed us that "Top
Secret Restricted Information" is a marking which did not come
ito use at the National Security Council until the Nixon
Administration. The Eisenhower Presidental Library also
confirms that this particular marking was not used during the
Eisenhower Administration.
6. The document in question does not bear an official
government letterhead or watermark. The NARA conservation
specialist (Mary Ritzenthaler) examined the paper and
determined it was a ribbon copy prepared on "dictation
onionskin". The Eisenhwer Library has examined its collection
of the Cutler papers. All documents created by Mr. Cutler while
he served on the NSC staff ha an eagle watermark in the
onionskin carbon paper. Most documents sent out by the NSC were
prepared on White House letterhead paper. For th brief period
when Mr. Cutler left the NSC, his carbon copies were prepared
on "prestige onionskin".
7. The Judicial, Fiscal, and Social Branch searched the
Official Meeting Minute Files of the National Security Council
and found no record of a NSC meeting on July 16, 1954. A search
of all NSC Meeting Minutes fro July 1954 found nomention of MJ-
12 nor Majestic.
8. The Judicial, Fisca and Social Branch (Mary Ronan)
searched the indicies [sic] of the NSC records and found no
listing for: MJ-12, Majestic, unidentified flying objects, UFO,
flying saucers,or flying discs.
9. The Judicial, Fiscal, and Social Branch (Mary Ronan)
found a memo in a folder titled "Special Meeting July 16, 1954"
which indcated that NSC members would be called to a civil
defense exercise on July 16, 1954.
10. The Eisenhower Library states, in a letter to NNMR,
dated July 16, 1987:
"President Eisenhower's Appointment Books contain no entry
for a special meeting on July 16, 1954 which might have
included a briefing on MJ-12. Even when the President had `off
the record' meetings, the Appointment Books contain entries
indicating the time of the meeting and the participants....
The Declassification Office of the National Security
Council has informed us that it has no record of any
declassification action having been taken on this memorandum or
any other documents on this alleged project....
Robert Cutler, at the direction of President Eisenhower,
was visiting overseas military installations on the day he
supposedly issued this memorandum -- July 14, 1954. The
Administration Series in Eisenhower's Papers as President
contains Cutler's memorandum and report to the President upon
his return from thetrip. The memorandum is dated July 20, 1954
and refers to Cutle's visits to installations in Europe and
North Africa between July 3 and 15. Also, within the NSC Staff
Papers is a memorandum dated July 3, 1954, from Cutler to his
two subordinates, James S. Lay and J. Patrick Coyne, explaining
how they should handle NSC administrative matters during his
absence; one would assume that if the memorandum, to Twining
were genuine, Lay or Coyne would have signed it."

l. Subject Negatives/Film were analyzed by HQ IVT and 7602 AINTELG, it and
the following resuls were found:
A. Negative #1: Deplicting C-5A aircraft on approach and streaking
unidentified aerial object in lower right portion of film. Film found to be
unaltered. Size differential was not consistent with size of aircraft.
Conclusion: Inconclusive
B. Negative #2: Deplicting cylinder shaped unidentified aerial object in
upper left portion of photo. Film found to be unaltered. Film showed
object to be consistent with field depth and consistent with relative size
of fixed objects. Conclusion: Legitimate nagativeof unidentified aerial
object. Bolton/Reinfeld method did not reveal visible markings on object.
C. Negative #3: Deplicting irregular shaped unidentified aerial object in
seven frames of 8MM film. Because of the size and apparent speed of object
no further classification or conclusion could be drawn Film shown to be
unaltered.
D. 34 inches of 8MM film: Deplicting apparent colored object moving in
front of still camera. Film found to be unaltered. Spectrography revealed
colors to be basic prism features. Depth analysis revealed object to be
within 152MM of camera. Object was not consistent with relative size of
fixed objects observed for several seconds in film. Conclusion:
inconclusive.
E. Original Neative Deplicting Unidentified Object: Film found to be
unaltered. Because of a lack of fixed objects in the film, no depth
analysis could be performed. Bolton, Reinfeld method revealed object to be
saucer shaped, approximate diameter 37 feet. Object contained a trilateral
insignia on the lower portion of object. Conclusin: Legitimate negative
of unidentified aerial object.
2. Ref your request for further information regarding HQ CR 44, the
following is provided: Capt. Grace 7602 Aintelg,INS contacted and related
following: (S/WINTEL) USAF no longer publicly active in UFO research,
however USAF still has interest in aUFO sightings over USAF installation/
test ranges. Several other government agencies, lead by NASA, actively
f* investigates legitimate sightings through covert cover. (S/WINTEL/FSA) One
such cover is UFO eporting Center, US Coast and Geodetic Survey,
Rockville, MD 20852. NASA filters results ofsightings to appropriate
military departments with interest in that particular sighting. The
officia US Government Policy and results of project Aquarius is still
classified top secret ith no dissemination outside official intelligence
channels and with restricted access to "MJ Twelve". Case on Bennewitz ism
being monitored by NASA, INS, who request all future evidence be forwarded
to them thru AFOSI, IVOE.
4. Ref your request for technical assistance. Because of a chance of public
disclosure, no knowledgable personnel with SPA will be provided. Continue
to receive assistance from individuals mentioned in your message, Miller,
fugate. Because of the sensitivity of case, request they be thoroghly
debriefed at regular intervals.

_WHAT DOES OUR GOVERNMENT KNOW ABOUT UFOs?_
A Research Update by William L. Moore
Over the past 6 1/2 years, through aggressive means, I and ultimaty
several close associates have succeeded in establishing a cooperative
relationship with a number of well-placed contacts within the American
intelligence community. As a result, certain information has been made
available whichppears to pertain directly to our government's continuing
involvement with the UFO phenomenon. Among this is both hard and filmed
copies of documentation, several videotaped interviews and a number of useful
leads which have enabled us to independently uncover additional supporting
information.
The information contained in the following pages [files] corroborates
information provided us verbally during meetings with these contacts.
Assurances have been given that additional information can be made available
to us over the next several months.
This information is being shared with the UFO community, and through them,
ultimately, with the public at large, in anticipation that the resulting
controversy will prove useful in further verifying the authenticity of its
contents and also in the hope that it will assist in setting the stage for
additional information to come.
Recently a number of rumors have circulated within the UFO community to
the effect that some sort of major release of information on UFOs is imminent
and that I am intimately involved with it. At this time it is only possible
to confirm that a careful effort _is_ currently underway which, if successful,
could bring about the release of additional information through a major news
media source in the near future. This project has presently reached a delicate
juncture and no further specifics can be provided at this time.
If for some reason our major effo should not prove successful, it remains
nonetheless our intention to make available a lesser but still highly
significant amount of information which is already in hand and currently under
study. Once again, no further specifics can be provided at this time.
Meanwhile, any assistance which can be provided us in further researching
this material will be most appreciated.

On 24 June, 1947, a civilian pilot flying over the Cascade
Mountains in the State of Washington observed nine flying
disc-shaped aircraft traveling in formation at a high rate
of speed. Although this was not the first known sighting
of such objects, it was the first to gain widespread attention
in the public media. Hundreds of reports of sightings of
similar objects followed. May of these came from highly
credible military and civilian sources. These reports res-
ulted in independent efforts by severl different elements
of the military to ascertain the nature and purpose of these
objects i the interests of national defense. A number of
witnesses were interviewed and there were several unsuccessful
attempts to utilize aircraft in efforts to pursue reported
discs in flight. Public reaction bordered on near hysteria
at times.

SUBJECT: Response for request of Information in Relation to UFO Contact and
Other Related Information

. In January of 1978, I was station at McGuire AFB, NJ.. One evening , during
the time frame of 0300hrs. and 0500hrs., there were a number of UFO sightins in
the area over the air field and Ft. DIX Army camp. I am a security policeman
and was on routine patrol at the tme. N.J. State Police, and Ft. Dix MP's were
runnig code in the direction of Brownsville N.J.. A state trooper then entered
Gate #5 at the rear of the base requesting assistance and permission to enter.
I was dispatched and the trooperwanted access to the runway area which led to
the very back of the air field and connected with a heavily wooded area which
is part of the Dix training area. He informed me hat a Ft. Dix MP was
pursueing a low flying object which then hovered over his car. He described it
as oval shaped, with no details, and glowing with a blueish green color. His
radio transmission was cut off. At that time in front of his police car,
appeared a thing, about 4ft. tall greyish brown, fat head, long arms, and
slender body. The MP panicked and fired five rounds from his .45 Cal into the
thing, and one round into the object above. The object then fled straight up
anjoined with eleven others high in the sky. This we all saw but didn't know
the details at the time. Anyway, the ting ran into the woods towards our
fenceline and they wanted to look for it.By this time several patrols were
involved.
2. We found the body of the thing near the runway. It had apparently climbed
the fence and died while running. It was all of a sudden hush-hush and no one
was allowed near the area. We roped off the area and AF OSI came out and took
over. That was the last I sawof it. There was a bad stench coming from it too.
Like ammonia smelling but it wasn't constent in the air. That day, a team from
Wright-Patterson AFB came in a C141 and went into the area. They crated it in awooden box, sprayed something over it, and then put it into a bigger meal
container. They loaded it in the plane and took off. That was it, nothing more
said, no report made and we were all told not to have anything to say about it
or we would be court martialed.
3. I will be getting out of the air force in about two months. Do Not disclose
my name as I could get into trouble. I am interested in pursuing this and other
matters if you need help. Forgive me for not signing this but I can't take any
chances. Please reply to the above address and my parents will forward it to me
or I ill be home already. Don't send it here because they monitor all mail
closely and I again don't want to take any chances.

WITNESSES CLAIM THEY SAW ALIENS AT U.S. BASES

The U.S. government has a close working relationship with
alien beings, three unnamed witnesses told a California
radio station in a program aired in June.
The four-hour program, produced and broadcast by KPFA-FM
in Berkeley, Calif., ranged widely over the UFO topic, but
the most explosive segments were the testimony of a
construction contractor who said he saw aliens at Edwards
Air Force Base and at the China Lake Naval Weapons facility
in California; the testimony of a man who described
"saucers" being launched from a Northrop facility near
Edwards; and a woman's second-hand account of a meeting
between aliens and U.S. military officers.
Moreover, it now appears that KPFA's voice in the
UFO area has been silenced. Although in June the program
producer Ralph Steiner promised additional coverage of the
UFO issue in future broadcasts, inquires from the Forum were
met with this blunt message from Mr. Steiner: "Do not re-
broadcast the tape. Persons whose testimony is on the tape
have been threatened and their lives are in danger."
Subsequent inquiries from The Forum to Mr. Steiner have gone
unanswered.
The Forum has obtained a tape of the KPFA broadcast. What
follows is a summary and excerpts from witness No. 1. The
testimony of witness No. 2 and No. will be discussed in
Part Two of this article next issue.
According to the KPFA broadcast, the interviews were
conducted in April 1991 in communities surrounding Edwards
Air Force Base in the Antelope Valley of Southern
California. Witness No. 1 described himself as a Vietnam
veteran, former Green Beret, military medal-holder, and a
licensed general contractor who has worked on construction
projects at Chuna Lake and at Nellis, Scott, Edwards, and
Andrews Air Force Bases. The projects, the witness said,
were "mostly underground."

Each of these facilities has extensive underground
installations, and they are "definitely not normal
military structures," the witness said. He described
4-foot thick concrete walls and electronically-con-trolled
oval-shaped doorways.
"In one building I worked on at Edwards, called Haystack
Buttes, it took us over 5 minutes to get from the top to the
bottom by elevator," the witness said. "We estimated it was
0 stories deep." It was here that the witness first saw an
alien. "We were walking down a hall," the witness said,
"and these doors opened and there was a very particular
person or things that caught my eye for an instant. This man

was over seven feet tall. I'd say between 8 and 9 to 10
feet, wearing a lab jacket and talking to two [human]
engineers.
"This man's arms were almost down to his knees! It threw
me into shock," the witness said. "And then the doors
closed. Security saw us and told us to get out of there.
Next day I walked off the job," the witness said.
Asked if the being he saw was a human, the witness
replied, "Definitely not. He had big slanted eyes. A big
head. Fingers were extremely long. Greenish skin." The
witness said he saw the being for "just a couple of seconds.
Three-quarters of its face is what I saw and I said, this
guy would make a hell of a basketball player!"
* One Witness Scared, the Other Dead
The witness said his co-worker " 'bout died" when he too saw
the being. The witness compared the height of the being to
the height of the humans standing next to it. He said he
knew one of the humans, whose height he estimated at 6 feet
6 inches.
Witness No. 1 described a second encounter with aliens. He
said he and co-workers saw "greys" at the China Lake naval
facility.
"They [security] thought we had left--me and two other
guys. But we decided to stay over and finish this job. We
walked past a hangar and we could see through a window," the
witness said.
"One of the guys I was with, Paul, he saw them first. He
said, 'Come here! Hurry up! I want to show you something!'
And we looked in the window and there's these four little
grey guys about feet tall.
"Right then, security saw us and they told us, 'We
thought you guys left.' And they escorted us and said,
'You're not allowed around this hangar. This hangar is off-
limits to everybody. You'll get yourself shot.'

For those of you in the world wanting to try and solve the UFO
mystery, try this idea on for size. Instead of you trying to
find them, make them come looking for you! Below is my synopsis
of one possible idea myself and others have discussed over the
past couple years.
The idea is to attempt to somehow contact a UFO, to try and
establish communications with the occupants on board, ultimately
alien beings, and to obtain proof of the existence of UFO's and
alien beings on Earth. Also you want to try and establish
whether the government has actually entered into some kind of
deal with alien beings, exactly why are these alien beings are
here, and if these aliens present a threat in any way to the
people of Earth.
Now, how to accomplish this. Below is a synopsis of my idea of
how to accomplish the above. As you will note, the idea is
actually divided into three parts, each ptr accomplishing a
different purpose.
1. Use some kind of system to generate a high
powerful, high frequency, electromagnetic standing
wave. This SHOULD appear to the aliens that
someoe is conducting experiments into recreating
their propulsion systems. I say this because it
is believed in many realms, that UFO's use some
type of electromagnetic propulsion system,
therefore any experiments in electromagnetic's
attempting to recreate there propulsion systems
would definitely gain there interest, and possibly
make them want to come out and take a look around.
2. Use a LOW power laser once a saucer has been
spotted to attempt to draw it closer, in a
apparent attempt at establishing communications
with the occupants. In reality what your trying
to do is draw the saucer closer to your position
to instigate phase 3.
3. Construct some type of system able to interfere
with their electromagnetic propulsion system.
This should, if close enough, cause the saucer to
make a forced, hopefully controlled, landing. Now
you have your incontrovertible proof!
Now, I don't mean to insinuate that you do all three at one time,
or at all. You could only use phase 1 to see if you can even
draw there attention, this may be all the real proof you'd need.
I do not wish to make you believe I have the technical expertise
to accomplish the above, because I don't. But I feel it is an
interesting, if not good idea, and one worth looking into. It is
obvious, of course, that those with the technical expertise to
construct such a system be located and asked to participate.

Channel and a document show about UFO's. The show was all right. But and
here comes They had it on with the heading of ( A Holloween Specials )
of course even TLC doesn't take UFOLOGY seriously. When are people going
to wake up. When it is to late. I was looking at another (Holloween Special)
on CBS ch. 2. It had all rady started I knew it was a movie and not real,
because it was on last year. It was about friendly Alien's trying to make
connect with earth, and of course the Air Force Bombed the hell out of them
so earth was destoryed. Now here's a bigger laugh Webster Dictionary doesn't
take Ufology serious either Quote UFO n. An unidentified flying object such
as a space ship from another planet in the { Science fiction fil}, unquote.
So where am I going with this. I am tick off people like myself who
have had a sighting or more and may have been Abducted might as well bury
our heads in the sand right wrong! We have to keep on punching and picking
our way throw, Talking to people about the subject on UFOLOGY until the
people of this planet wake up or it is going to be to late. How are we to
change the news media thats a od question? Maybe some of you who work in
the news media can do something. I don't know but what ever we do we better

so you know you are not alone in you frustrations either. Other wise it

1. In January of 1978, I was station at McGuire AFB, NJ.. One evening , dring
the time frame of 0300hrs. and 0500hrs., there were a number of UFO sightins in
the area over the air field and Ft. DIX Army camp. I am a security policeman
and was on routine patrol at the time. N.J. Sta Police, and Ft. Dix MP's were
runnig code in the direction of Brownsville N.J.. A state trooper then entered
Gate #5 at the rear of the base requesting assistance and permission to enter.
I was dispatched nd the trooper wanted access to the runway area which led to
the very back of the air field and connected with a heavily wooded area which
is part of the Dix training area. He informed me that a Ft. Dix MP waspursueing
a low flying object which then hovered over his car. He described it
as oval shaped, with no details, and glowing with a blueish green color. His
radio transmission was cut off. At that time in front of his police car,
appeared a thing, about 4ft. tall, greyish brown, fat head, long arms, and
slender body. The MP panicked and fired five rounds from his .45 Cal into the
thing, and one round into the object above. The object then fled straight up
and joined with eleven others high in the sky. This we all saw but didn't know
the details at the time. Anyway, the ting ran into the woods towards our
fenceline they wanted to look for it. By this time several patrols were
involved.
2. We found the body of the thing near the runway. It had apparently climbed
the fence and died while running. It was all of a sden hush-hush and no one
was allowed near the area. We roped off the area and AF OSI came out and took
over. That was the last I saw of it. There was a bad stench coming from it too.
Like ammonia smelling but it wasn't constent in the air. That day, a team from
Wright-Patterson AFB came in a C141 and went into the area. They crated it in a
wooden box, sprayed something over it, and then put it into a bigger metal
container. They loaded it in the plane and took off. That was it, nothing more
said, no report made and we were all told not to have anything to say about it
or we would be court martialed.
3. I will be getting out of the air force in about two months. Do Not disclose
my name as I could get into trouble. I am interested in pursuing this and other
matters if you need help. Forgive me for not signing this but I can't take any

The Measures of the Earth and the Coming of the UFO's

In reference to the article calld "What Does the Future Hold"
(PN, Jan '94): In my opinion, the prophet Daniel's seven year period of
final countdown to Armageddon would start circa 2001.5. The first period
of 3 1/2 years (years of crisis) would represent 2001.5 to 2005.0. The
second 3 1/2 years (Armageddon Battles) would represent 2005 to 200.5.
Near the end of the Armageddon battles north of Jeruselem in Israel but
involing the armies of the earthnations, Christ would return in phsical
from through the clouds of heaven and with thousands of angels or chariots
of fire in order to overcome the threatening armies of Earth-nations, and
to establish peace on Earth. In order to visit the Jeruselem Temple and
the choice land of the Americas, the Jeruselem Temple would have to be
built in order for Christ to return yo the site. Because every eye would
see Christ and thousands of chariots of fire, the rilliant entourage
(the earth would be in complete darkness) would circle or orbit the spinning
Earth prior to landing. After these climactic events and in the future, the
illuminated, celestial, and huge space-city New Jerusalem (1,500 miles high,
1,500 miles wide, and 1,500 miles in length) would come down from GOD out
of heaven. This huge space-city would be a kind of new Earth with advanced
knowledge and science.
This present Earth, then exhibits mathematical and engineering designs.
For example, te Great Salt Lake, Utah, represents the center of a huge
mathematical design called the quadrant of a cicle and facing to the West.
In turn, the Mount Rainier nine saucers of June 24, 1947, the Salt Lake
UFO's of July 2, 1952, and the Levelland UFO's of November 3, 1957, all
relate to this Westward facing quadrant of a circle centered on Salt Lake.
This quadrant is an enlargement of the basic quadrant facing north and
centered on the ancient Great Pyramid of Giza near Cairo, Egypt. This
building is a monument to the LORD. Similary, the Gulf Breeze, Florida,
UFOs between 1987 and 1994 are related in time to the Levelland saucers of
1957 and to the Lubbock, Texas, UFOs of August 1957. Indeed, these sign-
ificant reports and landing are related in time to the 1897 "wave" of UFOs
around the United States and even earlier reports dating back to New York
State in 1820, and perhaps back to ancient Egypt, HFOs may be
related to the Erth. Indeed, the very cicular shape of the Earth and the
Mercator flat map arrangement of the Earth.
In my research, I discovered that the coming or the appearances of
the UFOs over Gulf Breeze show the site to be the topographical center of
North America and South America and related to the positions of North Pole,
South Pole, equator, and Earth's center. Such advanced knowledge and
science may make clear why we don't understand why they came. Nevertheless,
inklings and understanding are starting to come forth and to e published
in book, articles, and newspapers. Is it possible, then, that the human
race is being prepared though biblical WARNIGS and the sightings of UFOs
for some unusual and unprecedented events of the future? Clearly, we have
had Warnis about these things and the coming of Armageddon and the end-
time events. In turn, these unprecedented event (once they are over with in
a short period of 3 1/2 years) seem to point forward to the establishment
of the Kingdom of God on Earth and the prophesied coming of the space-city
New Jerusalem from God. That is, a celestial city or a new Earth of an
advanced science and technology and celestial wonders concerning time and
space and the universe. This seems to suggest that although we may not want
Armageddon - it may be something that occurs in the timetable o the human
race on Earth. Furthermore, the Second Coming of Christ also seems to have
been prophesised and to be some kind of reality that comes to the human race
during a period of time. Ineed, the coming would occur in order to stop
the battle in Israel so as to save the human race and introduce us to a
hgher world or higher order related to the prophesied Kingdom of God and
the huge space-city New Jerusalem. Our present earth would be an introduc-
tion to the new Earth called the New Jerusalem.

himself of the famous "Blue Room" incident, which heretofore we only
knew about from his letters and from an interview in a questionable
publication.

you have an interest in UFOs. I just finished a book
called, "Above Top Secret," by Timothy Goode, where
three or four of your letters are quoted concerning
your attempts to enter Wright-Patterson Air Force
Base.

GOLDWATER: Uh-hum.
CALLER: Do you believe that the government is withholding
information on UFOs?
SENATOR
GOLDWATER: Yes I do. But I don't know enough about the subject
involving Wright-Pat. to form any opinion. I
remember when I first tried to get into that room out
at Wright-Pat. and I went to General Curtis LeMay, an
old friend of mine, and asked him. He used some
pretty plain language and in effect, told me to "go
to hell" and...
LARRY
KING: That's the room where they are rumored to have
aliens?
SENATOR
GOLDWATER: Well, its a storage r where they are supposed to
have some of the evidence they've collected relative
to Unidentified Flying Objects. I have never...I
wouldn't argue against them. I wouldn't argue for
them. My only thinking on it is this planet of ours
is one of several billion planets in this universe.
I can't believe that God or whomever is in charge
would put thinking bodies on onl one planet. So I'm
a firm believer that something can fly around here
that the Wright Brothers didn't have anything to do

FLYING SAUCERS: THE BIBLE CONNECTION
Bible scholar, Barry Downing, firmly believes that biblical teachings were
inspired by extraterrestial beings who camw to earth in flying sausers Downing
was so convinced, he wrote a book about his theory called THE BIBLE AND FLYING
SAUCERS (Lippincott,New York, 1968).
In the book, Downing says the bible clearly points out how UFOs played a
strong role in the evolution of the Hebrew-Christian faith. For example,
Downing believes the Scriptures suggest that Jesus' resurrection occured when
he was beamed up from Earth by a flying saucer.
Downing also believes that the bright cloud that led the people of Israel
through the Red Sea, parting the waters and then engulfing the Egyptions, was a
UFO.
The Author even claims it was space beings who spoke to Moses from the
middle of a glowing thicket, and later spoke to Elijah outside the cave,forcing
the prophet to sheild his eyes because of the brightness. A UFO tk Jesus away
at the Ascension, and hovered over Paul and his followers on the Damascus Road,
Downing contends.
Further, the author claims the three wise men probably followed a UFO to
Bethlehem, since stars do not move or abruptly stop in the manner the bible
describes.
Downing claims that evidence proving UFOs could be hazardous to human health
can also be found in the Bible. He points to references to the Egyptians
drowning in the Red Sea, warning Moses not to approach too near the burning
bush, and warnings given his followers not to approach Mount Sinai, as proof.
The author points out other mystifying events in the Bible that he believes can
only be interpreted to mean the participants had contact with UFOs,
For example, he points out that when Moses decended from Mount Sinai with
two tablets in his hands, Exodus records that the skin of his face shone from
taling with God. And he says the NEW TESTAMENT describes how Jesus began to
glow when in contact with a bright object on a mountain.
When the Tabernacle was built, Downing cotends the priests serving it were
told by ETs what clothing to wear to protect themselves against radiation,
because the UFO hovered like a cloud over the tent enclosing the Tabernacle.
Downing believes this precaution could have brought about the Jewish custom of
wearing skullcaps into houses of worship. The author even suggest mutations in
the growth of biological life caused by radiation could have resulted in the
plagues described in Exodus.
Downing further theorizes that Einstein's curvature of space theory provides a
clue to the place where heaven is located. The author contends Jesus may have
meant that the kingdom of heaven quite literally rests in the midst of us,
meaning that heaven is on an entirely different plane or wave length, invisible
to us, but existing parallel to our own and connected by bends or warps in the

Bright point of light in afternoon sky travelling at a high rate of
speed from left to right (descending also) and back and then
it went straight away or down (down and away would look the
same from our perspective.
I saw a huge red circ. object.Flew very close over our house.Arced up

There has to be other intelligent life out there, there are more planets
in existance than can be counted. There is no question in my
mind that our planet is not the only one that has permitted
evolution of intelligence.
I don't think that in my time, that man will really understand this kind
of thing.
Although I have not personally seen one, I do not think it is a waste of
time exploring and finding out the truth.
I feel that there may be something very real about what is going on. I
also feel that a collective effort should ensue to study this
phenomenon in order to gain an understanding of what they
are/are not.
THEY'RE NOT FROM AROUND HERE, THAT'S FOR SURE. UNLESS THEY ARE US.
I'm not entirely sure what there is. But there is definitely something
out there.
I think that there is no single planet that UFO's come from; however, I
do believe that they seem to be interested at least some-what
about us. Maybe their motives are different.
I have seen no evidence personally, but it is hard to call all witnesses
liars. Most of the research groups I have been in contact with
seem more intent on pro ving their own theories than solving
the problem.
Saw a light at night bounce up and down. No, it's not a waste of time.
Personally I saw only a zig-zagging star-like light moving across the
sky. I accept the possibility of extra terrestrial life, and
the possibility they have visited Earth, and are gradually
shaping our acceptance of them.
I have never seen anything in the sky which I could not satifactorily
explain.
I SAY WE NEED TO KEEP OUR MINDS OPEN TO THE PROSPECT THAT THERE MIGHT BE
INTELIGENT LIFE ON OTHER PLANETS & MAY BE VISITING US!!
I think UFOs are simply part of a spectrum of "paraphysical"
phenomena, one effect among many... possibly under intelligent

A report to MUFON concerning a report submitted by
Don C. Mason State Director Idaho, MUFON
At approximently 7:00 PM Mountion Standard Time, Mrs.
Barbara Trammell of Pocatello, Idaho stepped outside of
her home onto her patio. It was approx. one hour prior to
sunset, and although the sun was out, there were a few clouds
in the sky.
The city of Pocatello, and its airport sit to the east of
the witnesses house. Glancing at the sky, Mrs. Trammell
noticed what at first loked like a small aircraft flying
from the southwest toward the northeast. Mrs. Trammells
son, a privite pilot, often flys over her home, and she is
familar with his altitude and approx. speed when he is flying.
She stepped into her kitchen, and grabbed her 7 by 35 mm
binoculars, and stepped back outside to view the aircraft.
She noticed that there was something different about this
aircraft on this day of April 14th, 1988. She noticed that
Prthe aircraft did not have any wings, appeared round, was
a dark metallic color and traveling at about 150 to 200 MPH.
At the closest the object was in relation to the witness, it
passed directly over the subject at approx. 1000 feet. She
noticed that the round object had dipped downward without
slowing when overhead. Also, while observing the craft, she
noticed that it had what appeared to her to be "portholes"
in an uneven arrangement around the craft, and what appeared
to be a strip around the middle that was self luminescence.
Mrs. Trammell stated that she had the object in view for about
2 minutes, and no other aircraft were in sight. The outside
temp. was 60 degrees f. She also stated that she listened for
any sound, but the object was silent.
A check was made with the Pocatello Police Dept. and the Idaho
State Police, and the Pocatello Airpt for any other reports
of this sighting. All were negative.

familar with his altitude and approx. speed when he is flying.
She stepped into her kitchen, and grabbed her 7 by 35 mm
binoculars, and stepped back outside to view the aircraft.
She noticed that there was something different about this
aircraft on this day of April 14th, 1988. She noticed that
Prthe aircraft did not have any wings, appeared round, was
a dark metallic color and traveling at about 150 to 200 MPH.
At the closest the object was in relation to the witness, it
passed directly over the subject at approx. 1000 feet. She
noticed that the round object had dipped downward without
slowing when overhead. Also, while observing the craft, she
noticed that it had what appeared to her to be "portholes"
in an uneven arrangement around the craft, and what appeared
to be a strip around the middle that was self luminescence.
Mrs. Trammell stated that she had the object in view for about
2 minutes, and no other aircraft were in sight. The outside
temp. was 60 degrees f. She also stated that she listened for
any sound, but the object was silent.
A check was made with the Pocatello Police Dept. and the Idaho
State Police, and the Pocatello Airpt for any other reports
of this sighting. All were negative.

For those of you in the world wanting to try and solve the UFO
mystery, try this idea on for size. Instead of you trying to
find them, make them come looking for you! Below is my synopsis
of one possible idea myself and others have discussed over the
past couple years.
The idea is to attempt to somehow contact a UFO, to try and
establish communications with the occupants on board, ultimately
alien beings, and to obtain proof of the existence of UFO's and
alien beings on Earth. Also you want to try and establish
whether the government has actually entered into some kind of
deal with alien beings, exactly why are these alien beings are
here, and if these aliens present a threat in any way to the
people of Earth.
Now, how to accomplish this. Below is a synopsis of my idea of
how to accomplish the above. As you will note, the idea is
actually divided into three parts, each part accomplishing a
different purpose.
1. Use some kind of system to generate a high
powerful, high frequency, electromagnetic standing
wave. This SHOULD appear to the aliens that
someone is conducting experiments into recreating
their propulsion systems. I say this becauseit
is believed in many realms, that UFO's use some
type of electromagnetic propulsion system,
therefore any experiments in electromagnetic's
attempting to recreate there propulsion systems
would definitely gain there interest, and possibly
make them want to come out and take a look around.
2. Use a LOW power laser once a saucer has been
spottedto attempt to draw it closer, in a
apparent attempt at establishing communications
with the occupants. In reality what your trying
to do is draw the saucer closer to your position
to instigate phase 3.
3. Construct some type of system able to interfere
with their electromagnetic propulsion system.
This should, if close enough, cause the saucer to
make a forced, hopefully controlled, landing. Now
you have your incontrovertible proof!
Now, I don't mean to insinuate that you do all three at one time,
or at all. You could only use phase 1 to see if you can even
draw there attention, this may be all the real proof you'd need.
I do not wish to make you believe I have the technical expertise
to accomplish the above, because I don't. But I feel it is an
interestin ,if not good idea, and one worth looking into. It is
obvious, of course, that those with the technical expertise to
construct such a system be located and asked to participate.

UFO Update
Anonymous low-level informants have for years accused the U.S.
government of hiding crashed UFOs. Since these sources are of
uncertain reliability, the reports have been largely ignored.
Now, however, ufologists must consider the testimony of Robert
Sarbacher, whose entry in WHO'S WHO consists of more than 3
inches of tiny print, including education at Princeton and
Harvard and a stint as dean of the graduate school of the Georgia
Institute of Technology. In the years after WWII, the story
goes, Sarbacher served as a science consultant for the Defense
Department's Joint Research and Development Board. He was in
his Washington office on September 15, 1950, it seems, when he
received a visit from Canadian electrical engineer Wilbert B.
Smith. According to information released by Smith just recently,
it was then that Sarbacher revealed the existence of crashed
UFOs, apparently under investigation by Vannevar Bush, the
government's top scientist.
In a recent interview, Sarbacher, now head of the Washington
Institute of Technology, confirmed those remarks. He says
that during his period of government service as one of a
number of government scientists who served largely as
volunteers, he was told that th vehicles were composed of an
"extremely light and very tough" material, apparently intended
to withstand tremendous acceleration and deceleration. At one
point, Sarbacher says, he was even invited to a meeting at
Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, where officials
related their findings to scientists connected with the Research
and Development Board. Sarbacher had other commitments and did
not attend the meeting, but he says that those who did, including
Bush and noted mathematician John von Neumann, were told that the
vehicles appeared to be spaceships from another solar system.
Asked about his reaction to the episode, Sarbacher seems oddly
blase. He admits he hasn't given much thought to a matter most
people would consider extraordinary -- he considers it simply a
curious event in the course of a long scientific career. "After
all," he says, "I had -- and have -- a great many more pressing
scientific responsibilities. I wish I could refer you to someone
who was ore directly involved than I was," he adds.
"Unfortunately, they're all long gone."
Writer William Moore, who has been chasing government UFO secrets
for years, considers Sarbacher's testimony significant. "It's
the first time someone with a reputation has come forward to
state publicly that the Pentagon has a recovered UFO," he says.
"This isn't proof, of course, but it fits in with information we
hafrom other sources." Informed of these claims, Temple
University history professor David M. Jacobs, author of THE
UFO CONTROVERSY IN AMERICA, admits Sarbacher's credentials are
impressive but observes, "Until somebody can produce an actualcrashed saucer,
this is hearsay evidence. And how can he talk
so casually about something that would have to be the mos
sensational event in all of history?"

THE HYNEK RATING SYSTEM

At the bottom of each UFO Sighting Report in the CUFON database you will see
a rating in the orm S#/P#. This represents ParaNet's initial Hynek Rating of
the value of the case. It is not to be confused with the Classification, whic
h is simply a representation of the type of case being dealt with. ParaNet ha
s devised what we call"the Hynek Scale" or "the Hynek Rating System"
in hopes of creating a standard by which to judge UO reports. The system is
explained below.
S: Strangeness
The "Strangeness" factor of a case description shall be rated
from 1 to 5 as follows: .
1 - Explained or Explainable
2 - Probably Explainable, with more data
3 - Possibly Explainable, but with elements of strangeness
4 - Strange; Does not conform with known principles
5 - Highly Strange; Definitelyindicative of intelligent guidance
.
Examples:
S1 - Aircraft, meteor, etc.
S2 - Experimental aircraft; planet or star
S3 - Slow, low flying objects in formation
S4 - BOL (Ball of Light Pheomena); physical traces
S5 - Close Encounters, Abductions, etc.
P: Probability The "Probability" factor of a case relates to the credibility,
number and separation of witnesses and/or the soundness of evidence
gathered. It shall be rated from 1 to 5 as follows: .
1 - Not Credible or Sound
2 - Unreliable; Smacks of Hoax
3 - Somewhat credible or indeterminate
4 - Credible; Sound
5 - Highly Credible, leaving almost no doubt

P1 - Known Hoaxer or UFO "Flake"; Hoax Photo
P2 - Repeat Witness; Conflicting Testimony
P3 - Standard, first-time witness; slight radiation reading

The composite Hynek Rating of a case shall consist of the combined S & P
factors, stated as Sn/Pn, e.g. S3/P5; except that cases with an S factor of
1 shall simply be stated as S1.

that any one group "stake a claim" to this system; rather, I'd like to see
several groups or investigators rate cases according to their own view,
merely using this system as a standard. . The rating of a particular case
may, indeed perhaps should, change from time to time as new evidence is
gathered.

"An Open Letter to the Citizens of Gulf Brze"
Dear Gulf Breeze Citizenry:
For those who don't know me or my contributions to the
investigation of UFO related activity in Gulf Breeze, I am a UFO
Investigator/Reporter from the Annapolis, Maryland area. My
involvement in your local sightings case has been quite extensive
with well over 100 hours of research and telephone interviews
with investigators, witnesses, photographers, meteorologists, path-
ologists, technologists and the meia. I've been reporting the events
on radio in Baltimore and have included "live" interviews with Ed,
Duane Cook and others. I have battled the skeptics and have
reported my findings to the UFO Intelligence Community. During
this periodof time, I have had to investigate numerous sightings of
UFO activity in the Annapolis Bay Bridge area which has served to
limit my otherwise total involvement in the Gulf Breeze Sightings.
Please be assured that not all "distant exprts" are scientifically
critical of the extraordinary events that have been occuring in your
peninsula city. Before getting too far into this letter, allow me to set
the record straight on one issue of significance to no one by myself.
Mr. R--- S------ is not a resident of Annapolis, Maryland. You
remember RS, the author of a report with a Strange Breeze blowing
through his head whose Psychic Premonitions lead him to believe
that The Sightings were all an elaborate hoax. Mr. RS resides and
receives his mail in College Park, Maryland, some 35 miles from the
quaint little peninsula capitol of the state of Maryland which so
happens to be the city where I call home. And snow you see the
reason for my interest in setting the record straight.
It should be noted that statistically speaking, there are now on
record over 50 sightings of UFO activity in the Gulf Breeze area that
haveo connection to the noted photographer Ed. There are now
on record five photographers of UFO's only one of which has not
been in direct contact with MUFON investigators. There is now re-
ported to be a second video tape of a moving and hovering UFO;
the photographer is in no way related to Ed. And, there are over
100 witnesses of sightings who have asked to file reports, with
some accounts involving five and six witnesses.
Remember the "Jan Tide" with the funny looking blimp of
radar equipment floating about in Pensacola Bay that was suppose
to leave in late January or early February? Well you may have
noticed that it is still there over 90 dayslater. And, in case no one
has noticed, there is now a similar companion vessel out there
with the insignia NASA on the side. Let's also not forget about that
cute little Army vehicle with the 150-foot telescoping RADAR
globe that had to be moved out of Ft. Pickens due to excessive
curiosity of visitors. A civilian employee of Pnsacola NAS has
reported that there are now 18 of those RADAR vehicles operating
in the Gulf Breeze area.
What does all of this mean? We're checking the records, but
it is doubtful that there has been a significant increase in drug
smuggling activity in the area. Why has the Network News Media
taken such a hands-off approach to reporting these events outside
of the Pensacola area? Is there Government INTEREST in this case
of UFO activity? Is the Government turning some subtle screws to
clamp down on exposing what's really happening here? If so,
WHY? The answer may lie somewhere in the MJ-12 documents
that I've enclosed with this letter. These documents have been
available for over a year now, and have been widely published in
their entirety in (among others) The Danville Newspapers in
Pennsylvania and at least one major newsletter out of Cranston,
Rhode Island. Experts who have researched these documents
thoroughly say they are authentic. A memo from President
Truman makes direct reference to the MJ-12 operation. There
is more, much more, but this should be enough to encourage any
doubters out there that UFO's are REAL. Their purpose is now
fundamentally known. We may be powerless to stop it, although
some experts feel otherwise.
A letter to the President of the United States was mailed today
along with correspndence to several members of congress and
the Senate. The purpose is to seek official help in matters related
to the Gulf Breeze Sightings. Matters that involve the purpose
behind the visitations. Hep is very much needed here. Although
exceptionally competent as I stated in my report to the UFO
Intelligence Community on April 21, 1988, there are but less than
a handful of part-time qualified investigators available in the
area to handle the massive workload. Scientific monitoring and
evaluation by civilian technologists is all but vacant here, except
for the exhaustive efforts of Dr. Bruce Maccabee, Ph.D. The
reassuring hand of Budd Hopkins has been quite welcome therapy
for those in need, but it is not nearly enough.
Will help be on the way? We'll keep you posted as the gears
and cogs of our bureaucracy oil up for action. The critics and
skecps will not be able to sweep this intrusion under the carpet
with the guise of a hoax for long. Our prayers are with you and
all whose lives have been changed forever.

UFO & THE BIBLE
The Bible warns that before the return of the Lord Jesus at the
consummation of this age there will be a manifestation of the powers of
darkness on earth. Satan and his demons will perform 'signs and lying
wonders' with the goal of deceiving mankind. The Bible says: "And then
shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the
spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and
signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness
in them that perish; because they received not the love o the truth,
that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong
delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned
who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness"
(2 Thess. 2:8-12).
There is a great deception coming into the world. All who reject
the truth of the Gospel of salvation by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ
will believe this lie. Could UFO's and contact with alien beings be a
part of this deception? I think it is! The following are the major
beliefs or Theology of UFO'ology:
1) God is not a personal being. God is an impersonal force
2) The Bible is not God's only revelation to man
3) The Lord Jeus Christ is not the only Saviour
4) There is no eternal punishment or hell
5) There is no resurrection from the dead
6) Man himself can evolve from planet to planet to perfection
by reincarnation
The nature of UFO'ology can also be seen in that the world of the
occult (psychics, mediums, etc.) has embraced UFO's and contact with
'alien beings'. The occultists frequently speak about our 'friendly'
space brothers who wish to help mankind with their superior knowledge and
technology.
The Bible warns: "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the
latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing
spirits, and doctrines of devils" (1 Tim. 4:1). The theology of
UFO'ology is contradictory and hostile to Biblical Christianity.
YOU MUST MAKE A CHOICE!
"...choose you this day whom ye will serve;...but as for me and my house,
we will serve the Lord" (Josh. 24:15).
"NEITHER IS THERE SALVATION IN ANY OTHER: FOR THERE IS NON OTHER NAME
UNDER HEAVEN GIVEN AMONG MEN, WHEREBY WE MUST BE SAVED" (Acts 4:12).

God;" (Rom. 3:23).
SIN HAS A PENALTY: "The soul that sinneth it shall die..." (Ezek. 18:20).

THE LORD JESUS PAID THE PENALTY: "But he was wounded for our
transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of

The Measures of the Earth and the Coming of the UFO's

In reference to the article called "What Does the Future Hold"
(PN, Jan '94): In my opon, the prophet Daniel's seven year period of
final countdown to Armageddon would start circa 2001.5. Thefirst period
of 3 1/2 years (years of crisis) would represent 2001.5 to 2005.0. The
second 3 1/2 ears (Armageddon Battles) would represent 2005 to 2008.5.
Near the end of the Armageddon battles north of Jeruselem in Israel but
involing the armies of the earthnations, hrist would return in phsical
from through the clouds of heaven and with thousans of angels or chariots
of fire in order to overcome the threatening armies of Earth-nations, and
to establish peace on Earth. In order to visit the Jeruselem Temple and
the choice land of the Americas, the Jeruselem Temple would have to be
built in order for Christ to return yo the site. Because every eye would
see Christ and thusands of chariots of fire, the brilliant entourage
(the arth would be in complete darkness) would circle or orbit the spinning
Earth prior to landing. After these climactic events and in the future, the
illuminated, celestial, and huge space-city New Jerusalem (1,500 miles high,
1,500 miles wide, and 1,500 miles in length) would come down from GOD out
of heaven. This huge space-city would be a kind of new Earth with advanced
knowledge and science.
This present Earth, then exhibits mathematical and engineering designs.
For example, the Great Salt Lake, Utah, represents the center of a huge
mathematical design called the quadrant of a cicle and facing to the West. In
turn, the Mount Rainier nine saucers of June 24, 1947, the Salt Lake
UFO's of July 2, 12, and the Levelland UFO's of November 3, 1957, all
relate to this Westward facing quadrant of a circle centered on Salt Lake.
This quadrant is an enlargement of the basic quadrant facing north and
centered on the ancient Great Pyramid of Giza near Cairo, Egyp. This
building is a monument to the LORD. Similary, the Gulf Breeze, Florida,
UFOsbetween 1987 and 1994 are related in time to the Levelland saucers of
1957 and to the Lub,b Texas, UFOs of August 1957. Indeed, these sign-
ificant reports and landing are related in time to the 1897 "wave" of UFOs
around the United States and even earlier reports dating back to New York
State in 1820, and perhaps back to ancient Egypt, Hence, the UFOs may be
related to the Earth. Indeed, the very cicular shape of the Earth and the
Mercator flat map arrangement of the Earth.
In my research, I discovered that the coming or the appearances of
the UFOs over Gulf Breeze show the site to be the topographical center of
North America and South America and related to the positions of North Pole,
South Pole, equator, and Earth's center. Such advanced knowledge and
science may make clear why we don't understand why they came. Nevertheless,
inklings and understanding are starting to come forth and to be published
in book, articles, and newspapers. Is it possible, then, that the human
race is being prepared though biblical WARNINGS and the sightings of UFOs
for some unusual and unprecedented events of the future? Clearly, weave
had Warnings about these things and the coming of Armageddon and the end-
time events. In turn, these unprecedented event (once they are over with in
a short period of 3 1/2 years) seem to point forward to the establihment
of the Kingdom of God on Earth and the prophesied coming of the space-city
New Jerusalem from God. That is, a celestial city or a new Earth of an
advanced science and technology and celestial wondes concerning time and
space and the universe. This seems to suggest that although we may not want
Armageddon - it may be something that occurs in the timetable of the human
race on Earth. Furthermore, the Second Coming of Christ also seems to have
been prophesised and to be some kind of reality that comes to the human race
during a period of time. Indeed, the coming would occur in order to stop
the battle in Israel so as to save the human race and introduce uso a
higher world or higher order related to the prophesied Kingdom of God and
the huge space-city New Jerusalem. Our present earth would be an introduc-
tion to the new Earth called the New Jerusalem.

UFO Crash at Southaven Park?

A local investigative group that has been researching accounts of unidentified
objects on Long Island for the past five years released a report (with photos
and a video tape) yesterday that claims an alien space craft crashed into a
remote area of Southaven Park in Shirley just before Thanksgiving last year.
The incident happened just after 7:00 p.m. on the nighof November 24, 1992,
according to John Ford, chairman of the Long
Island U..O. Network, who said that it has taken his group six months to do
a thorough investigation. It was just recently, though, that his group was
able to acquire the video and the photos. "We knew that something crashed
into the park that night and we have, bit by bit," said Ford, "been able
to finally put the picture together." Several motorists who were traveling
along Sunrise Highway that night, according to Ford, contacted his organiza-
tion and described what they thought was a plane that was going down into the
park. And many local residents whose homes border Southaven reported that they
heard loud rumbling sounds and saw strange lights.
"Eyewitness accounts have confirmed that a fire was reported immediately after,
" noted Ford. "In addition, the roads around the park were blocked off to traf-
fic by county and park plice. The next day, and for a few days after, the park
was closed to the public." One local resident who lives near the park said
that for a five to six day period after the incident, his house experienced
numerous power surges and the phone would ring strangely without anyone on
the other end. "I ride horses in the park so I'm pretty familiar with the
activities there," said the 45-year-old man who requested anonymity becaus of
the sensitive nature of his job ("they would fire me if they thought I
believed in flying saucers"). "For the next few days there wera lot of
military helicopters going over the park - and I couldn't get in." Records
show that Southaven Park was closed between November 25 and 28. According to
park officials, the park was closed to the general public that week because
it was reserved for duck hunting. Although some of the area fire departments
were initially called, tey were turned back and the fire was handled by the
federally controlled Brookhaven National Laboratory Fire Department, said
Ford.
Ford's group finally gained admittance to the park a week later. "We found an
area that was burned out and some trees were bent over." Ford recalled. "A
section looked like it haeden plowed over by machinery." But two things were
of particular interest to Ford. "We were getting a higher than normal
radiation reading in the area, higher than regular background radiation. "And
the fnce line in that area," said Ford, had no magnetic reading." Ford
explained that metal fences maintain a magnetic charge from the Earth.
"Something had stripped away the magnetic charge of the fence." Last week Ford
received what he had been waiting and hoping for: a video film of the crash.
"I can't say where I got it from because these people who supplied the tape
are afraid that the government will go after them." Because of the poor
quality of the tape, Ford has been working with vio specialists to try and
enhance the quality of the picture and to produce stills. The video, a copy
of which was given lo South Shore Press, shows people examining a bright
reddish, metallic-type object abouour-square feet that appears to be
emitting a white, cloudy gas, and a hissing sound can be heard - a sight and
sound that resembles dry ice that has been exposed to warmer temperatures.
The next shot shows hat appears to be a person trying to lift up a body near
a tree, but the poor quality of the film makes positive identification
impossible. In a final scene. three uniformed men (wearing dark jackets and
rounded caps similar to federal swat teams) are seen placing a large shiny
spread (similar to mylar) over something on the ground. Ford makes no
apologiesfor the poor quality of the video: "Things are happening fast and
the guy who took the shots doesn't want to be too obvious." And he confesses
that it is hard to get people to come forward and admit what they've seen.
"One of the major problems in researching UFOs is that people are afraid of
sounding like lunatics when describing strane, unexplainable events. But an
even greater fear, notes Ford, is the government. "You get involved with
things that the government doesn't want people to know and they can make life
pretty tough for you."
What are Ford's conclusions about the Southaven incident? "We are still very
actively investigating this event. We believe that an extraterrestrial craft,
with aliens, crashd that night in the park - and we are out to prove it." The
Long Island U.F.O. Network has a 24-hour hotline number (516-286-3212) to
which Ford encourages people to call if they have any, information on the
Southaven incident or any other (unexplainable) phenomenon. Or you can call

According to documents released by the UFO Information Service in
Seattle, WA, there is or was a top secreinvestigation of the UFO
phenomenon called "Project Aquarius". Dale Goudie, director of the
service, passed these documents on to ParaNet in early May, insisting he
could "personally attest to their legitimacy". .
Among the documents are an Air Force telex dated 17 November 1980,
referring to Aquarius and MJ-12, a rumored high-level brain trust that
included General Hoyt Vandenberg and Dr. Vannevar Bush [see files
MJ12-1.UFO and MJ12-2.UFO]. It also makes mention of certain other UFO
catchphrases, such as "CR 44", "7602nd AINTELG (Airborne INTELigence
Gathering)" and "trilateral insignia". The telex is supposedly an
answer to a request for information made by an unknown person at
Kirtlan AFB in New Mexico, following a rash of unexplained sightings
there. .
Based on this document, Goudie's source (whose name he is not revealing)
apparently filed a Freedom of Information Act suit against the National
Security Agency for further documentation of Project Aquarius. The
letter he received in return constitutes another of the documents
received by ParaNet. It confirms the existence of Aquarius, but gives
no clues as to its purpose, except to say that release of the
information would pose an "extremely grave" threat to national security.

The Air Force telex can be found in the library as AFOSI.DOC, the letter
is NSA.DOC. You will note the telex is classified SECRET: since receipt
of these documents, we have been attempting to verify their status, and
determine a course of action. According to other documents in our
possesion, the Air Force position on the telex is that it is fake, and
we know of at least one copy that was sent by the AF itself to a TV
station in Los Angeles. Hence we have decided to go public with it. .
An analysis of the documents, with more details, will appear in a few
days on the Bulletins menu.

It has been almost 46 years since south eastern New Mexico sheep
ranched W.W. "Mac" Brazel heard a loud explosion during a particularly
violent southwest summe thunderstorm.
Within a day after the storm Mac was checking fence lines when he ran into
one of the most puzzling, long enduring and mysterious events of this
century.
Mac found bits and pieces of debris, some of which had what
reportedly were strange, undechiperable markings which appeared to be a
script or numerical computation. The letters or numerals were reported,
by several persons who directly assisted in the recovery, to be similar
in appearance with Egyptian hieroglyphics.
In a day or so Mac had told a neighboring rancher concerning his
speculation that something air born had crashed over his spread on the
evening of July 3. The neighbor reportedly was tired and busy so refused
Mac's invitation to observe the debris.
Within a day Mac would make a mistake. The debris so bothered him
that he traveled to Corona, New Mexico and had outed the story to the local
sheriff.
The sheriff then alerted the Air Force . They soon sent a recovery officer
to meet with Brazel. The pair spent the better part of a day traveling to
the site and piling strange material into an old Buick, driven to the site
my a lone investigating officier.
Macs troubles were just beginning. After an initial assesment of
the situation by top level "brass", Mac was sequestered for at least two
days and warned to say nothing about what he had found.
Soon what was the crash of a "flying dis" had been down graded to a
simple radio sone weather balloon. In fact phony debris were substistuted
for the actual material recovered. That that was recovered was secretly
on its way to Wright Patterson field and to Edwards airbase in California.
The press was held at bay with the phoney story.
However, this story takes an even more bizarre twist.
A day or two before the reported crash on the Brazel ranch, a soil
conservation engineer, Grady Barnnet, reported to fields that he had
observed an actual saucr complete with dead aliens at another site
about 125 miles southwest of the Brazel find.
It is said that "Barnney" as he was called, was an ultraconservative
person and would not tell stories of things he did not believe he had seen.
Unfortunately Barnnet passed away in 1969 and would not speak of the
incident much after the ridicule he received in 1947.
Perhaps the most fascinating fact is that the government to this day
maintains the vent never happened! Even Congressman, including Barry
Goldwater, K7UGA, have tried without success to find the relevnt
documents and have them declassified.
I think we have a mystery that needs solutions. Write your Congres-
sman asking for their assistance in getting this puzzling incident resolved.
Cleary, if the event was not an actual UFO, why is the denial and secrecy
still going on 46 years later?

The graph shows were they are being heard frequeney range. I do not
know if you go to a radio freq. and listen in to hear anything. But don't
have to go to any freq. to hear the beeps, you will hear them on any band.
The sounds have been reported all over the world including the US. I have
heard the beeps but put them off s Digital Communication. I was talking
to some friends on 10 meters one night an said they have heard the same
sounds. Iwent up and down the bands trying to find out what the or were the
sounds was coming from. I even look out side the house tosee if a car was
running outside or not there never is. I even went as far as to shutting
everthing off in the house. And I could not ever find what the [beeps] were
coming from. I was reading my MUFON Journal an it gave me that idear maybe
it was a Undentifying Object or UFO's. It has a large articale on UFO sound
Analyzing. The sounds stay in a 4 to 6 seconds range. I am just wondering
How many people out there has heard the beeps and don't know were
they are coming from. So the next time you hear the BEEP's think and look
outside in the sky and see what you can see. This maybe a warning that they

Later, he got to see the real thing.
Lazar: "When I was led in, it was the first time that I saw the
'floor model' in the hangar sitting down, and I was told they
could have walked me in the front door but they purposely wanted
to walk me by it. I was told not to say anything and to keep my
eyes forward and walk past the disk to the office area. And I
did. And as we went by it, I just kinda stuck my hands on i,
just to run it alongside the thing and uh ....After that I got to
see actually lift off the ground and operate."
Interviewer: "You actually got to see more than one?"
Lazar: "Yeah. The hangars are all connected together. There
are large bay doors between each one. There were nine total that
I saw, each one being different. Like they had the assortment
pack."
Security at S-4 was oppressive Lazar said, and his superiors
used fear and intimidation almost as a brainwashing tool.
Lazar: "They did everything but physially hurt me."
Interviewer: "They put a gun to your head?"
Lazar: "Yeah."
Interviewer: "You mean they actually put a gun to your head?"
Lazar: "They did that even in the original security briefing.
Guards there with M-16s. Guys there slamming their fingers into
my chest, screaming into my ear, they were pointing weapons at
me. Like I said, it's not a good place to work."
That fear factor would surface later. Lazar agreed to
undergo a polygraph exam as part of this report. Polygrapher Ron
Clay asked about the technology that Lazar had seen.
Polygrapher: "Did you knowingly lie when you had actually seen
anti-gravity propulsion in operat?"
Lazar: "No."
The results of this exam were inconclusive. Lazar appeared
to be truthful on one test; deceitful on a second. Clay
recommended that a second examiner be brought in. Polygrapher
Terry Tabernetti (sp?) runs a corporate security operation and is
a former Los Angeles police officer. He put Lazar through four
tests and concluded there were no attempts to deceive.
Tabernetti sent his test results to a third polygrapher who
agreed the results appeared truthful. The charts were then sent
to a fourth examiner who did not agree suggesting that Lazar
might be relating information he'd learned from someone else.
The polygraphers concurred and decided they would not issue a
final statement on truthfulness until more specific testing can
be conducted. And that's where it stands.
Tabernetti believes the difficulty in determining Lazar's
truthfulness stems from the fear that was drilled into him.
Lazar: "Well, I am telling the truth. I've tried to prove that.
What's going on up there could be the most important event in
history. You're talking about contact, physical contact and
proof from another planet, another system, anothr intelligence.
Thats got to be the biggest event in history, period. And, it's
real and it's there. An I had an extremely small part in it.
I'm convinced that what I saw is absolute proof of that. There
is no way that we could have create those disks. There is no
way we could have made the disks, the power supplies, anything
that goes with it."
Lazar says he has no intention of going on any UFO lecture
circuit. He is not looking to do any additional interviews. In
fact, he was not too crazy about doing this one. He did it after
certain unfavorable things started happening in his life, and he
did it because he feels that whoever is running the show up at S-
4 is perpetrating a fraud on the American people and the
scientific community.

phone interviews I conducted
with "John" on 11/19/93 and John Ford of the Long Island UFO Network.
At approximately 11 p.m. on Friday November 19, I received a call from a
person identifying himself as ohn", an electrical engineer that has worked
with the government on UFO analysis teams. John was calling me by request of
John Ford of the Long Island UFO Network. "John" is the only name he gave me.
It may not even be his first name. He was vry nervous about the whole sub-
ject. He told me Government agency that was in charge of the UFO investgations
was the Naval Office of Foreign Technology. Other agencies such as the NSA,
FBI, CIA, and others would like to get jurisdiction in these matters but the
Navy's Office of Foreign Technology are the only ones with the proper equipment
to handle such investigations.
The first investigation he told me about was about an incident on Long Island.
Using the same system the Government uses to track the various satellites and
pieces of space debris orbiting the planet, a large object was discovered
heading towards Earth. At first it wasthought to be a meteor, but when it
entered orbit around the planet it became obvious it was something of far
greater importance. The craft's orbit began to decay, and as it entered the
atmosphere it began to break up. "John" told me film was shot of the object
breaking up. As the object was breaking up a number of smaller crafts,
evidently constructed for atmospheric flight, were released. One of these
crashed relatively intact in Southhaven Park in Shirley, New York on Lng
Island. The crash occurred just after 7:00 p.m. November 24, 1992. Due to the
fires caused by the crash, local fire departments initially responded. Not
long after the crash, a team from Brookhaven National Laboratory responded and
took command of the operation. The craft was sprayed with a chemical foam used
to lower radiation levels. When the craft attempted to lift-off, it exploded.
Among the remains of the craft were by parts of aliens. That is to say
creatures that never evolved on this planet. One of the volunteer firemen had
with him an 8 millimeter camera and taped some of what he saw that night. What
he supposedly captured on tape were pieces of the craft and shots of the
aliens. This tape was confiscated by the government. A copy of this tape found
it's way into the possession of the Long Island UFO Network who did extensive
analysis of the tape and have brought forth clear shots of the aliens. "John",
told me the pieces of the craft were probably taken to Brookhaven National
Laboratory on Long Island. Brookhaven has facilities to store and deal with
radiation "hot" materials. After Brookhaven the materials were probably taken
to a facility in Ohio. The clean up of the site by the government appears to
have been rather sloppy. After the park was reopened to the public, members
of LIUFON found metal fragments and a radiation suit in the park.
"John's" part in the investigation was an analysis of audio recordings
that were made. In investigations such as this, the government keeps the
majority of the people involved unaware of the total picture that's bein
dealt with. "John" was only given tapes to analyze for sounds. Two of the tapes
he received had no sounds he could find. The last tape he got to analyze had
someone saying, "Touch it and we'll have to take you to the hospital." "John"
was dropped from the project after he arranged to get a copy of the video
ortions of the tape from another researcher on the team in exchange for his
audio tapes. "John's" information of the crash comes from contacts he made
while working on the project and information he gained from their computer
system.
An earlier project he was involved with occurred in the early 80's. At the time
I talked to him, "John" wouldn't tell me an exact loction. He only said it
was in the tri-state area. As for the date, he only remembered it was either
1982 or 1983. Heas flown into the location by helicopter. The entire area of
this crash was covered by a ;large tent like structure. air was pumped in.
Some type of inferred shield was used to protect the entire facility from
detection by spy satellites. He was there to see if anything there was used
as electrical components. He was able to leave with a piece of metal from
the site. When the piece was analyzed it found to conduct electricity, be
non-ferrous, non-metallic, and a carbon dioxide laser was needed to cut it.
They did find it consisted of carbon and crystalline and was twelve layers
thick.. The lab that tested it was amazed at the item and continued to ask
what it was. "John" didn't tell them. "John" is very nervous about what he has
seen and found out. He told me helicopters painted black and gray ave flown
over his house, he has seen cars with government plates near his home, and he
believes his phone is being tapped. He told me he used his knowledge as an
electrical engineer to route his call to me through a satellite. He had been
tapping into the computers being used by the NOFT but recently the passwords
have been changed. Due to this he feels something very big is about to happen.

The Phobos II incident( Aliens on Mars )
HOSTILE ALIENS BASED ON MARS
On July 12, 1988 the USSR launched Phobos II an unmanned satellite
to Mars.
It arrived in January 1989 and entered an orbit around Mars as
the first phase towards it's real destination, a small Martian moon
called Phobos. The mission was flawless until the craft aligned itself
with the moon. On March 28, 1989 an elliptical object was detect
moving towards the satellite seconds before it failed. All indications
were that the elliptical object had attacked the satellite which was
now dead and left spinning out of control.
On March 28, 1989 Tass, the official Soviet news agency stated:
"Phobos II failed to communicate with Earth as scheduled after
completing and operation yesterday around the Martian moon Phobos.
Scientists at mission control have been unable to establish stable
radio contact."
But the next day a top official of the Soviet Space Agency
(Glavkosmos) said: "Phobos II is 99% lost for good." It is important
to note that he stated the entire satellite was gone and not just
contact with it.
On March 31, 1989 Headlines dispatched by the Moscow
correspondents of the European News Agency (EFE) stated: "Phobos 2
Captured Strange Photos of Mars Before Losing Contact With It's Base.
Vremya revealed yesterday that the space probe Phobos II, which was
orbiting above Mars when Soviet scientists lost contact with it on
Monday, had photographed an UNIDENTIFIED OBJECT on the Martian surface
seconds before losing contact." Scientists described the UNIDENTIFIED
OBJECT as a thin ellipse 20 KILOMETERS LONG! It was further stated
that the photos could not be an illusion because it was capter,
Viking photo with catalog number 76-A-593/17384 Titled "HEAD" .
Another photo is 070-A-13.
There are now eleven Viking photographs of this obviously intelligently
constructed monument on the surface of Mars. The "HEAD" and other
artificial features such as the pyramids an electrical engineer and
imaging specialist Vincent DiPietro and a Lockheed computer scientist
combined the original photographs and combined them to get a more
accurate composite images. The clearer images show that the features
on the surface of Mars had been artificially sculpted...WE ARE NOT
ALONE!

Because of your interest in UFOs and ETs and crystal communicators
related to them, I am contacting you in this manner. Some people want
UFOs to be noble which isthe group that Cosette and I met up with.
They have traded things with us and given us much insight into many
things. Based on that evidence, we would like to think all UFO contac-
ts would be positive and very beneficial. There is disturbing evidence
that UFOs have a more sinister purpose in their actions.
All crashed UFO ships have had stred human body parts as part of
the cargo. Whether this was for FOOD or for on-going research experi-
ments wasn't clear from crash site descriptions. The human and animal
mutilations around the Earth have been missing these same type of body
parts that were found in these crashed UFOs. In addition to the body
parts missing, the body is drained of all of its blood. From UFObase
workers and others, ET is using blood components as food. This accou-
nts for characteristics of ET bodies that were autopsied from UFO
crash sites.
Some reports indicate that ET originally came from a collapsing
galaxy that is going supernova. They have chosen EARTH as a new home.
They have been interfering in human evolution for 1,000s of years to
breed up a food supply and other conditions to support a massive inva-
sion in the period 1991 to 1993. At worst, this could imply wholesale
human harvesting for body parts for billions of ETs to survive on our
Earth. Since that INVASION.TXT parts ha-rvested from humans.
Since ETs have a brain capacity 50% greater [1300 cc in humans as
against 1800 cc in ETs], humans have been the target of mind expansion
or altering experiments for a variety of social reasons. The average
human only uses 10% or less of his 1300 cc brain capacity which leaves
90% available for ET to optimize for their usage and molding. ET has
found that the human aura or magnetic field is many times greater than
his. ET programs and uses this aura just like a physical brain. In hu-
mans, this Aura channel is associated with psychic and occult phenome-
na. When ET uses a WALKIN situation with humans, it is through this
Aura connection.
That WALKIN situation raes from a high type as in Jesus teaming
up with the Christ in the Bible to the low type as in Satanic murder-
ers and serial murderers. Also in the middle range you have what might
resemble multiple personalities where several ET types take one body.
Any type of uncontrolled zombie like condition in humans [addictions
of all types, emotional hysteria, etc.] is prey to ET meddling to get
hormones and energy put into the Aura. With ETs brain development, he
focuses on specific Aura activity just like a radar beacon or trans-
ponder. The drug culture antics around the world today give you an
idea of the potential for ET mischief in this one area.
My reason for exploring the above ideas is to find parameters for
understanding the UFO and ET mystery. Perhaps you disagree with my de-
scription of these parameters. Hopefully, you can see the situation
enough to use your own tools to cope with a confusing problem. In the
face of the above, are there any effective defences? The only one that
I can think of is EGO DEVELOPMENT to the point of SELF-MASTERY. This
will so INTEGRATE body/mental/psychic/aura control under your direct-
ion that no personal invasion is possible without your permission.
There is some indication that this human Aura can propel itself in sp-
ace under conscious direction using PSI functions as sensing devices
to become an energy vortex. Under the concept of HARMONY, many Auras
combine so perfectly in teamwork that new opportunities and abilities
are created.
I would be interested in any info/analysis answering these quest-
ions:
(1) What human cultural changes must happen to help ET communica-
tions or negotiations?
(2) What technological advances must happen to cope with ET envir-
onments?
(3) What methods will help humn survival in spite of ET mutila-
tions nd abductions?

This should provide a wealth of autopsy evidence on ET body struc-
ture and workings when accumulated in any one place. ETs coming from
UFOs have strange properties:
A report, THE UFO CRASH/RETRIEVAL SYNDROME (STATUS REPORT II:
NEW SOURCES, NEW DATA) by Leonard H. Stringfield is published by
MUTUAL UFO NETWORK INC., 103 Oldtowne Road, Sequin Texas 7815. It has
a January 1980 copyright date. The report interviews several medical
doctors who did autopsies on ET bodies from UFO crash sites. ET had
large heads and were about 4 feet tall. They have small noses and
mouths with no ears or hair. The ET photo that I have was taken by an
ET and has an eye diameter of an inch. eH has his left hand raised in
a salute. That hand has 4 fingers. The photo was taken at a range of
3 feet from the waist up. Brain capacity is 1800 cc versus 1300 cc for
the average human. The skin is gray or ashen and under the microscope
appears meshlike. This meshlike appearaence gives it the reptilian
texture of granular skinned lizards like iguana or chameleon. There
was a colorless liquid in the body without red cells, no lymphocytes,
no hemoglobin. There was no digestive system, intestial, alimentary
canal, or rectal area in the ET autopsy.
In the 27 December 1988 issue of SUN newspaper with offices at
5401 NW Broken Sound Boulevard, Boca Raton Florida 33487, it describes
some astronomical evidence of a UFO INVASION fleet. The article:
A mysterious ray of light spotted acros the universe is atually an
armada of UFO spaceships that is headed towards Earth. The huge cosmic
beam ... a mass of light particles never before detected ... a fleet
of alien spacecraft on its way here. The light beam has been detected
coming from a star millions of miles from us, but its behavior is unl-
ike any high energy particles we have seen ... . I have seen other ac-
tivity like this just before rashes of [UFO] sightings. It takes some
time to get here, but the light gets bigger and bigger ... . By then,
the ships are traveling too fast to see, but in a metter of days there
are dozens of UFO sightings and abductions reported. It has happened
several times and it never fails when I see these beams of light. What
makes this cosmic ray different is its size. It's much bigger than the
others I've seen. ... we're in for a full fledged UFO invasion ...
making their way to our planet ... million!
The above info taken with the following gives pretty interesting
implications:
According to an article in the WEEKLY WORLD NEWS of 20 February
1990, United States and Russia have agreed to create a combned STAR
WARS armada to defend Earth if it's attacked by space aliens. The sec-
ret pact calls for the combined effort of all U.S. and Soviet laser
armed satellites, nuclear missiles, bomber forces, manned and umanned
spacecraft - including Shuttles. Bush and Gorbachev signed the treaty
started in 1987 by President Reagan. Since this is called a treaty, it
should also trigger PRESIDENTIAL POWERS as if in a nuclear war.
